Privacy policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, restaurant), usage of the widget (conversations, response latency), and the documents you upload (menus, info docs, photos).

We don't sell any of it.

How we use it

To run the service, ground answers in your knowledge, bill conversations, and improve reliability.

Conversations may be reviewed in aggregate for quality, never for advertising.

Who can see it

Your team, through the operator console.

Our engineering team, when responding to a support request.

Third-party processors (Stripe for billing, Clerk for auth, AWS/GCP for hosting) — listed under sub-processors.

Retention

Active accounts: indefinitely while in use. Conversations: 90 days by default, configurable to 30 days or 12 months on Pro / Enterprise.

On account deletion we purge within 30 days.

Your rights

Export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Data, or by emailing privacy@abotcompany.com.

GDPR and UK GDPR applicable.

Children

Tableside is not designed for users under 16. We don't knowingly process data from anyone in that age range.
