The agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Tableside.

These terms can change — we'll email you at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the menu and other knowledge you upload.

You're responsible for moderating any content you publish through the widget, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Our responsibilities

We keep the service running with reasonable effort and a 99.5% uptime target.

We don't promise the AI will be right every time — every answer is grounded in your knowledge, but you should review for accuracy before relying on it for legal or medical claims.

Billing

Plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Overage (conversations beyond your tier) is billed monthly in arrears.

Cancel any time — charges already accrued are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

No spam, no harassment, no fraudulent reservations, no scraping of third-party booking systems beyond what their terms allow.

We can suspend accounts that abuse the platform or our integrations.

Liability

Our maximum liability is the fees you've paid in the prior 12 months.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of London first.
